Erin graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, with honours, in August of 2019. She grew up performing various types of dance, such as ballet, tap and jazz. Becoming an RMT allowed Erin to be able to combine all these interests and passions, creating a practice dedicated to encouraging and helping maintain the health and well being of others. After completing her case study on post concussion syndrome, she found utilizing techniques such as trigger point release, myofascial release, dynamic release and Swedish massage to be effective in reducing pain and tension, while restoring anatomical function.
